Crystal Grid Kits — Products

Our crystal grid kits are physical products containing ethically sourced crystals. Each kit has been personally charged, blessed, and activated by Katherine Anne Kaplan using Vibrational Science principles prior to dispatch.

Limited Drops: Kits are released in limited quantities. Once a drop sells out, no further orders can be taken until the next drop. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee availability or constitute a purchase.

Pricing: All prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping: We ship internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — which are personally charged and activated — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on crystal grid kits once purchased, except where an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if your order arrives damaged.

Natural Crystal Variations: Our crystals are natural materials formed by the earth. While the type, quality, and approximate size of the stones you receive will be consistent with those described, each crystal is entirely unique. Natural variations in colour, shape, size, texture, markings, inclusions, and finish are to be expected, and your kit may differ from the photographs shown on our website. These variations are a natural characteristic of genuine crystals, are not defects, and are not grounds for a return or refund.

Intended Use: Our products are intended to be used only for their intended purpose as a crystal grid, as described in the accompanying guidance. Kâlikara Crystals and Katherine Anne Kaplan accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, modification, improper handling, or any use of the products other than as intended.

Safety & Choking Hazard: Crystals are small, hard, natural objects and are not toys. Keep them out of reach of children and pets, as they may present a choking hazard if swallowed. Crystals are natural minerals that may contain trace elements; do not ingest, place in water for consumption, or use them in any manner involving contact with food or drink. If you have known sensitivities, handle with care. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for the safe storage and handling of your kit.

Healing Services

Kâlikara Crystals offers bespoke in-person and remote environmental healing sessions. All services are based on Vibrational Science principles and are provided for educational and wellness exploration purposes only.

• Services are non-refundable once a session has commenced
• A cancellation with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee
• Katherine reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service at her discretion
• Remote sessions are conducted at a mutually agreed time. You are responsible for ensuring you are in a suitable environment
• Results from healing sessions are experiential and individual results may vary significantly
